Clover honey is sweet and creamy in texture, with a mild fruit aroma. It is the most common type of honey in New Zealand.
Clover Honey is collected and made by bees from most of New Zealand's pristine rural regions. The White Clover (Trifolium Repens) is the main flower from which bees collect and make honey, while bees also collect other Clover varieties throughout the year.
